The Aligned Athlete 

It's Yoga Right? 

We are more than yoga. We are combining the traditional healing philosophy of physical and mental aspects of yoga with the result based biomechanics of strength and conditioning to great a comprehensive program. We use yoga postures and sequences from different styles and customized them for each athlete and their position. One of the most important program goals is to maximize ability in that position, everything else is a bonus.

To start we establish the athlete's baseline by functional movement testing to be able to track success and develop through the training process efficiently.

We work with teams, coaches, trainers, athletic directors to create goals. Once we have collaborated, established, and communicated solid goals we work together to provide transparency and accountability to produce maximum results.
