Behind The Aligned Athelte
The Aligned Athlete was created by Alicia Tillman. Former basketball player, current Her love of the traditional practice mixed with her humor and musicality, she is able to create a yoga experience like no other. Her ability to challenge students of all levels, while creating a fun and comfortable environment for the student to grow in their practice on and off the mat. With a focus on yoga for athletes and performance, she is able to create a practice to benefit the movement in all body types from professional to the everyday athlete.

Just like in strength and conditioning the philosophy of your coach will dictate the programming to get an intended result. We approach creating programs for our athletes the same way. We are results-driven.
How we work:
To start we establish the athlete's baseline by functional movement testing to be able to track success and develop through the training process efficiently.
We work with teams, coaches, trainers, athletic directors to create goals. Once we have collaborated, established, and communicated solid goals we work together to provide transparency and accountability to produce maximum results.
